Simply “dust” the moistened food product until covered and it’s ready for frying or baking. No marinating or egg wash is required since Mies breading mix includes dry egg along with nonfat milk protein that reduces fall off when frying.
For baking, we recommend spritzing with olive oil and adding a little paprika on top to assist in getting that golden color.
